It has been furnished to an extremely high standard and provides, not only the ideal base from which to enjoy your Disney holidays in Orlando, but a welcoming and comfortable environment in which to relax after your day's endeavours.

For those familiar with the area, Hank's House By The Mouse is located in the up-market community of 'Tuscan Ridge' on US Highway about 2 1/2 miles south of the 192. 'Tuscan Ridge' has two communities - 'Countryside' and 'The Village'. The villa is located in 'The Village' - homes built by RD&C Homes (local renowned Orlando designer-builders).

With rental prices starting from only £320 per week INCLUDING Florida property sales tax (discounts are given for vacations of 14 nights and more) the villa is extremely competitively priced for such a luxurious and beautiful home.

Outlook

The villa is not overlooked at the rear having a view over the landscape behind. In addition, as the villa has a south facing pool it means the pool has the sun on it all day long!
