For Florida villas near Disney World in Orlando, Hank's House By The Mouse is only 12 minutes drive from the Disney World welcome gates. Its central location is also ideal for easy and quick access to the Interstate 4 highway (I-4) which takes you to the many other Orlando attractions as well as being the major route to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts for days out to the golden sand beaches that Florida has to offer.

Availability
To enjoy the facilities at Hank's House By The
Mouse, the first step is to enquire whether your dates are available. If
you have not been able to calculate the cost yourself from our
'Prices' page, then this is the time to make this enquiry also.

Booking The Villa
Once you know that your dates are available then you should e-mail
us or telephone to make a 'provisional' booking. When
you do so, we shall require the following information to enable us
to complete the 'Rental Agreement':

Your e-mail address (if you have
phoned to make a booking)
- Your home address
- Your home telephone number
- The number of travellers
(adults/children).
The Rental
Agreement will be forwarded to you by e-mail. The booking will be held
for you provisionally for 14 days to give you
time to read the agreement, sign and send it back to us with the holding
deposit (20% of the rental cost). The
Rental Agreement will detail the amount to send and the date it needs to
be returned by. If the Agreement is not
returned by the stipulated date your provisional booking will be
cancelled. Only upon receipt of the
rental deposit will your booking be firm - we shall provide confirmation
by e-mail. In addition, the Agreement will detail the amount of the
final balance required and the date it is required by (usually 12 weeks
before your first day of occupancy).
Accidental Damage Security
Deposit
In addition to the above, a RETURNABLE security
deposit of £200 / $300 per booking is taken. Assuming no damages have been
sustained, this deposit is returned within 21 days of the end of the
rental period.
Refunds / Travel Insurance
Any funds paid are non refundable in the event of cancellation
(with the exception of the security deposit detailed above). It
is therefore recommended that you take out travel insurance
following your booking as
most policies have cancellation insurance (ensure you check the
terms and conditions of the insurance policy before you take
out the insurance).
Key Collection
Keys are collected from a lock box at the villa.
Directions to the villa and
full instructions are provided upon payment of the final balance
(which is payable 12 weeks before the rental commences).
The key is returned to this lock box upon
departure.
Availability
Before e-mailing us to book please first contact us to ensure your dates are available.
Our procedures for booking are very straight forward. Having determined your dates ARE available, simply e-mail us with the following information:
- the precise dates required
- your full name
- your home address (not a PO Box
number)
- your home telephone number (not a
cell phone)
- the number of guests
(adults/children)
Upon receipt we shall e-mail you a rental contract. Simply sign this contract and return it to us in the mail with a cheque for the rental deposit. The rental contract will advise of this amount (which is 20% of the rental cost) together with details of the final payment and when it is due for payment. (The date for payment of the final balance is 12 weeks before the rental commencement date.)
