Bedrooms And Sleeping Capacity

The villa has 3-bedrooms. A king master bedroom that has an en suite bathroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. For those larger parties (i.e. up to 8 people) or where the party make up requires an additional sleeping facility, there is a double sleeper sofa in the reading lounge. All bed linen, including for the sleeper sofa, is supplied.

Bathrooms

There are 2 bathrooms in the villa. One is en suite to the king master bedroom and the other, the family bathroom, is situated between the other two bedrooms. Towels are supplied however if you intend going to the beach on the Atlantic or Gulf coasts we would recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Swimming Pool and Lanai

The swimming pool is 6 feet at its deepest and 3 feet at its shallowest and these are clearly marked on the poolside lanai. The lanai (or patio area) has an 'umbrella' covered dining area together with sun beds. that you will find there. Both the pool and the lanai area can be lit at night for evening enjoyment. The pool and lanai area is enclosed, being covered by a bird/insect screen so no need to worry about mosquito bites (or alligator bites!).

Other Main Facilities

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen that includes a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee-maker. All pots and pans, crockery and cutlery are supplied. All the facilities of your own kitchen so there is no need to spend a lot of money eating out when you can cook at home.

There is a separate utility area with a washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also supplied. With the extra baggage cost for a second suitcase now being levied by many airlines, you can take less clothing with you ands use these facilities.

Games Room

For those occasional rainy days in Orlando, the home has a games room with a pool table to help keep guests amused. With the swimming pool too these offer an alternative fun-filled day without the need to leave home nor incur the expense of the various Orlando attractions.
